"The Global Learning Series'' to Feature HP in
"Understanding Environmental Stewardship'' Program
National Television Education Series to Highlight Electronics Recycling
BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--“The Global Learning Series,” an
education-focused public television program, will feature HP in an episode
called “Understanding Environmental Stewardship.”
The show will be distributed in early spring to public television stations and
several cable television stations throughout the country. The program aims to
educate viewers on important issues and advances regarding electronics
recycling.

and territories. It seeks to reduce the environmental impact of IT products,
minimize waste going to landfills and help customers conveniently discard
products in an environmentally sound fashion. Since the company began recycling
in 1987, it has recycled 750 million pounds of hardware and HP print cartridges.
